Beyond transactional legal work, Keo Virak brings a distinctive combination of legal practice and corporate governance expertise. He previously served as Head of Corporate Secretariat at Vattanac Bank (2011–2014), where he managed board governance, cross-departmental compliance, and executive-level coordination — experience that directly informs his corporate advisory and governance coaching practice today.
